Actual salary based on full time hours £27,905 - £33,710, depending on experience
A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.
Contract Type: Two posts are available, totalling 1.6 FTE (8 working days). Please state clearly how many days you would like to be considered for. Term time plus 1 week (39 weeks).

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support through raising aspirations and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible and accountable for a cohort of students, working with them in a diverse range of ways including goal-setting, monitoring achievement and attendance and motivational coaching. You will be expected to liaise with parents, Subject Teachers, Heads of Faculty and Senior Progress Tutors to support, challenge and motivate students in all aspects of the learning journey.
New College Bradford is a 16-19 free school which opened in September 2019, with approximately 1400 students. We believe that students at New College Bradford should enjoy high-quality teaching and learning underpinned by a culture
of high expectations, challenge and support which enables our students to secure high-quality qualifications to support them into employment, training and higher education. Applications from 11-16 teachers and ECTs welcome.
