What should I do if I need IT help?

The IT help desk will be open as normal between 8:30am and 4:00pm Mon-Fri throughout the closure.

You can contact us by emailing ithelpdesk@nclt.ac.uk to open a support ticket, or you can phone us on 01977 702139 in Pontefract, 01302 976777 in Doncaster, and 01274 089189 in Bradford and leave a message for us to get back to you.

Staff – You will have been sent a list of extension numbers which can be dialled at the prompt on the menu system. Please note that phone lines will be busy so your call may take longer than normal to be answered. Unless your request is urgent we urge you to use the email ticket system for support.
