The Trust is very well ran. Communication is clear and a lot of opportunity for collaboration. The leadership of the trust is very strong. Well-being is taken seriously and staff are valued.
The common aim of improving all young people’s lives

I have always felt and continue to feel very proud and lucky to work within the NCLT family, and I think that this is down to the sense of belonging and ethos of the Trust, that we are all working together to give young people the best opportunities and open the doors to their future. My eldest child is excited to go to NCP and she is currently only in Yr 8!! This speaks volumes, as a parent, about the impact that NCLT has, on both staff and students.

Good communication across the trust is good. Leaders are visible and supportive. They understand the children. Our children loved that Mr Fletcher has set them challenges throughout the year. It’s a fun side which is nice to see.
It feels like one big team, we cheer each other on and support each other. I enjoy reading about others successes and events, as well as our own being shared.
