We are seeking to appoint a passionate and highly motivated leader to join our growing middle/senior leadership team.  As Head of English you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and development of the English department. You will work closely with the Trust Director of English to ensure high standards of teaching and learning, curriculum innovation and the continual improvement of student outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who can inspire staff and students alike.

The successful candidate will demonstrate personal skills and qualities that align to an already established positive, hardworking and committed middle leadership team. They will be fully committed to the academy’s ethos and vision and be prepared to continue their professional development to ensure they become an outstanding practitioner, willing to go the extra mile.
