As a Member, you will play a vital role in the governance of the Trust. You will have responsibility for ensuring that the Trust adheres to its founding principles and remains compliant with good governance practices.
The National Governance Association (NGA) describes a Trust’s Members as “the guardians of the governance of the trust.”
Commitment: 2 meetings per year
