Location: New College Bradford
Salary: Band G of the NCLT Support Staff Scale (£25,307 - £27,579 fte).
Actual salary £13,337 - £ 14,534 dependant on experience.
A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.
Contract Type: Part time, 3 days per week (22.5 hours per week), term time plus 1 week (39 weeks).
Contract Term: Permanent

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Work Experience Co-ordinator who will be responsible for the organisation of work experience across all subject areas and maintain learner safety both within the college and whilst on work placements. The role will also include liaising with potential placement providers, promoting the benefits of work placements to employers and provide advice and guidance relating to work placements and health and safety matters.
New College Bradford is a 16-19 free school which opened in September 2019, initially with 600 students, rising to 1400 by September 2022. The College sits within the New Collaborative Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust established by New College Pontefract (an Ofsted outstanding provider). The Colleges and School in the Trust work closely together, presenting exciting opportunities for collaboration, support, development and progression.
