Salary: Point 18 - 23 Actual Salary £21,907.29 - £24,326.72 (£24,982 – £27,741 FTE) (experience dependent)

Contract Type: Full time, 37 hours per week, term time only and all INSET days

Contract Term: Temporary position maternity cover from 1st September 2022 to 31st May 2023 or subject to post holder return. (With school growth there may be opportunity for this position to be made permanent).

The position of Pastoral Leader will support Academy teams and subject areas by allowing effective teaching and learning to take place in lessons. We pride ourselves in wanting continual development of our Inclusion provision whereby all students receive relevant and timely support, whilst maintaining the highest standards of learning.

The successful candidates will work with the Teaching Head of Year in developing and monitoring strategies and procedures for improving and maintaining student behaviour and conduct.  Candidates should be suitably skilled in numeracy, literacy and ICT and have GCSE passes in English and mathematics at grade C or above (or equivalent).
