Salary: School support staff salary scale, Band D (Points 5-6) Actual Salary £18,977-£19,278 (FTE £25,583 - £25,989)

Contract Type: Part Time (32 Hours per week), Term Time Only.

About this Opportunity

We are currently seeking a finance assistant to work with the Trust Finance Team to provide a high quality, efficient and effective finance services for the 3 secondary schools within our Trust.  Key aspects of the role will be processing transactions on the finance system including orders, invoices, obtaining authorisation, and dealing with queries therefore you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a good attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to your work.

You will be joining a dynamic, core team that supports the operations of all of the schools and colleges within our Trust. Our shared services are here to support all of our schools and colleges across several areas including Health and Safety, Finance, Estates, HR and MIS.  With a real team ethos, the different departments work together to provide ongoing support for the growth and development of the Trust.
