Salary: Band D on the NCLT Support Staff Scale, Actual salary £21,161 - £21,844 (£23,807 - £24,575 fte) depending on experience A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.

Contract Type: Full time, 37 hours per week, Term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks).

About this Opportunity

An Exciting Opportunity to Join a Dynamic New Team!

We are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support with whole college personal development.  This is a very busy and varied role requiring the ability to multi-task often under pressure.  Your duties will include registering and supervising students at college, to work in collaboration to deliver equality and diversity activities, events and publicity for the college and wider Trust.  You will also support teaching staff, support staff and the careers team with the administration related tasks relating to student personal development activities and careers, progression activities.

The success candidate will need to have excellent professional communication skills and personal skills. They will need to be able to keep calm under pressure, work independently as well as part of a team, be highly organised with attention to detail and have a good level of IT skill.
