Salary: Band D on the NCLT Support Staff Scale, Actual salary £21,161 - £21,844 (£23,807 - £24,575 fte) depending on experience A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.
Contract Type: Full time, 37 hours per week, Term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks)

About this Opportunity
An Exciting Opportunity to Join a Dynamic New Team!
We are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Receptionist to run a professional and welcoming front of house service to staff, students and visitors. This is a very busy and varied role requiring the ability to multi-task often under pressure, be the first point of contact with visitors/guests, booking in visitors/contractors and parking spaces, managing temporary lanyards for visitors and students, dealing with general enquires, answering and/or forwarding phone calls, receiving and distributing post/orders/deliveries, and interacting with a wide variety of people all while providing first class customer service.
The success candidate will need to have excellent professional customer service skills, communication and personal skills. They will need to be able to keep calm under pressure, work independently as well as part of a team, be highly organised with attention to detail and have a good level of IT skill.
