Salary: Band F of the College Support Staff Spine (FTE £25,786 - £28,408). A recruitment and retention allowance may also be available.
Contract Type: Part-time or full-time hours are available. We may also be able to accommodate term-time only working. Please indicate your preference on your application form or get in touch to discuss options for flexible working.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual for the new role of Trust Estates and Compliance Coordinator to support our Trust Director of Estates. In this role, you will lead administrative support for compliance processes, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to ensuring the health and safety, fire safety, and building compliance across our sites. The post holder will also play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Estates function through duties such as assisting with financial procedures related to invoices, orders, delivery notes, and quotes for Estates work, maintaining records of estates expenditure and coordinating with contractors and companies to schedule building and equipment repairs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of estates management would be advantageous.
You will be joining a dynamic, core team that supports the operations of all of the schools and colleges within our Trust. Our shared services are here to support all of our schools and colleges across several areas including Health and Safety, Finance, Estates and MIS. Having recently moved into this site you will enjoy its new facilities and fantastic transport links being situated just off the M62. With a real team ethos, the different departments work together to provide ongoing support for the growth and development of the Trust.
