We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking and dedicated Assistant Headteacher to play a key role within the Senior Leadership team. Candidates will provide strategic and operational leadership of the sixth form, ensuring that culture, standards, systems, teaching and learning, intervention and support (both academic and pastoral) enable students to successfully complete their courses and make strong progress. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in the classroom. They will demonstrate personal skills and qualities that align to an already established positive, hardworking and committed team and will be fully committed to the academy’s ethos and vision. The Assistant Headteacher will work closely alongside the other post-16 providers within the Trust – 3 sixth form colleges and another 11-18 school, developing mutual support, fostering a culture of collaboration and sharing excellent practice and systems.
