Following the recent successful appointment of an experienced professional, we are now seeking to appoint to an additional post to make a team of two careers advisors to support our three secondary schools.
For this additional post we would welcome applications from experienced and qualified individuals and would also like to hear from candidates who are willing to train towards the Level 6, Career Development Professional qualification which can be accessed as an apprenticeship (funded by the Trust) and will take a minimum of two years to complete.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing careers guidance to students across all three of our Secondary Schools. This will include providing careers education, information, advice and guidance to students to support their choices and future educational/career aspirations and progression, this may include liaison with internal and external providers. The successful candidates will work with students across the Trust three Secondary schools; Wingfield Academy, Brinsworth Academy and Dinnington High School.
Where this is an apprenticeship role, and depending on the level of knowledge and experience, this role will initially support and work alongside the existing professional in the role and would be offered at the Band G.
