We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Officer to lead the day-to-day running of school operations, working closely with the Headteacher. This is a varied and fast-paced role, overseeing administrative processes, coordinating staff cover and school visits, and acting as a key point of contact for staff, students, and visitors. The successful candidate will also play a vital role in implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures and GDPR compliance, ensuring the school operates efficiently, safely, and in line with all regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong organisational and communication skills to make a real impact within a dynamic school environment.
