We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Lead Practitioner of English with a proven track record of excellence in the classroom. The successful candidate will demonstrate personal skills and qualities that align to an already established positive, hardworking and committed team. You will play a leading and highly visible role in the improvement of teaching and learning of the faculty, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and achievement. With a demonstratable record of good or outstanding results, you will have a commitment and play a vital role, alongside the Assistant Headteacher across the wider school team. This role will provide a real platform for the successful candidate to gain an insight and experience towards senior leadership.
