We are currently seeking to employ a Consequence Room Manager to work as part of our Inclusion team, who will be responsible for the day to day running of our consequence room. The main purpose of this post will be to co-ordinate and facilitate students that have been unsuccessful within their learning environment and need additional support.
The successful candidate should ideally have experience of working with students at a secondary level as well as excellent communication skills and have a good knowledge of any issues that may present barriers to learning and social inclusion.
