This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of student support through raising aspiration and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people. You will need to have the ability to encourage, inspire and motivate learners by promoting personal and social development, building self esteem and self confidence and providing guidance at every stage of their learning journey.
The successful candidate will have the knowledge, understanding and experience of working with young people in a similar environment and must be willing to undertake further training relevant to the post.
