An exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our organisational development
The Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) will provide high-quality admin support to the CEO of a growing Trust. In addition to the important administrative tasks, the successful candidate would be expected to support the CEO in the many multi-facets of the role, showing initiative when required and potentially leading discrete projects. In a highly confidential role, the EPA would collaborate on a regular basis with the CEO and other Trust leaders, including the Board of Directors and colleagues from outside of the Trust.
This role builds on the responsibilities of a general Personal Assistant by involving hands-on support and day-to-day management of Trust projects on behalf of the CEO.
The post holder is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Board of Directors, Committees and Advisory Groups to assist in the implementation of high-quality governance. This will involve some early evening meetings, for which time off in lieu will be granted. Whilst previous experience of governance is advantageous, this is not essential. The Trust is willing to train and develop the successful candidate, in every aspect of governance.
This role is based primarily at our Pontefract site however the post holder will need to be able to travel to each college/school location in the Trust.
