Brinsworth Academy is on a rapid transformation journey and is already seeing impact from the changing culture with students GCSE and P16 results improving significantly.
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant SENDCo (ASENDCo) to join our dedicated and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and enhancing the support we provide to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families. The role will involve building positive relationships, supporting effective communication between home and school, and coordinating Exam Access Arrangements to ensure students can access assessments fairly.Our standard working hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Friday.
