Salary: NCLT Leadership Scale L13-L22 (£63,949 – £79,162) depending on experience.

A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to the position of Vice Principal to enable the college to be recognised as an outstanding provider of post-16 education. The Vice Principal will have operational responsibility to lead the college on a daily basis and deputise for the Principal when necessary. The exact lead responsibilities of the role will be determined by the skills and experience of the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will share our vision and ambition and have the passion and determination to raise standards of academic attainment and progress. New College Bradford, which opened in September 2019, is a 16-19 free school with 1200 students on roll. The college sits within the New Collaborative Learning Trust, a multi-academy trust established by New College Pontefract (an Ofsted outstanding provider).
