Salary: Band E of the NCLT Support Staff Spine.  Actual salary £18,720 – £20,390.  Depending on experience.

A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.

The Trust Human Resources Assistant will work as part of the Human Resources Team in order to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service for all academies within the Trust.  Based at both our Trust Headquarters at New College Pontefract and our New College Bradford site (part week at each), you will provide a range of HR support to staff on a wide variety of topics, acting as the first point of contact for New College Bradford staff.  Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills are essential for this role.

With previous experience of working in an administrative role, the successful candidate will have good IT skills, attention to detail, the ability to cope with unexpected situations, a flexible approach to their work and an understanding of how to handle sensitive information of a confidential nature.
