Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Trust Directors
Salary: £23,390 – £25,639 fte
Actual salary £20,791 – £22,787 (depending on experience)
A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate
Contract Type: Full time (approximately 3 days per week Personal Assistant and 2 days per week, providing support to the HR team, 40 weeks per year
Contract Term: Permanent

We are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic individual to the position of Personal Assistant to the CEO/COO for approximately 3 days a week and a Trust Human Resources Assistant, approximately 2 days per week. This role will be based at our Trust Headquarters at New College Pontefract. As a Personal Assistant you will provide a comprehensive and effective support service to the CEO and COO to include diary management, facilitating meetings, preparing documents, fielding calls, access all correspondence, and manage situations that arise in the absence of the CEO/COO. For approximately 2 days per week, you will work to support the Human Resources Team and provide a range of HR support to staff on a wide variety of topics.
The successful candidate should have previous experience of working in an administrative role, good IT skills, be highly organised and have a flexible approach to work. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines and an understanding of how to handle sensitive information of a confidential nature are key.
