Salary: Band G of the NCLT Support Staff Spine, £23,815 – £25,958 depending on experience.

A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate.

As a HR Generalist, the Trust Human Resources Officer will work as part of the Trust Human Resources Team to provide a comprehensive range of HR support to all Colleges/Schools across the Trust.  Based primarily at our Headquarters at New College Pontefract, you will be involved in the full range of HR provision and will take the lead on the full employee life cycle for Trust employees who are based at New College Pontefract.  Each HR Officer also leads on specific allocated areas of HR work for the whole Trust such as recruitment and selection, training, etc.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of being successful in administrative roles.  Previous HR experience is desirable but not essential.  You will have good IT skills, a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to work flexibly within the team and be willing to undertake further training relevant to the role.
