Salary: Actual Salary £10,958 per annum (fte £34,756) at a fraction of 0.3153
A recruitment and retention allowance may be offered for an outstanding candidate
Contract Type: Approx. 15 hours per week (subject to student enrolment), across 2-3 days per week, working 1 September to 30 June each year (term time only)
Contract Term: Permanent

We are seeking to appoint a Spanish Language Assistant to support our students in improving their foreign language speaking skills and to increase their understanding of the culture of the native country. You will play a key role in preparing them for their A Level speaking exam.
The successful candidate will work with students individually or in small groups/pairs to provide conversation sessions. You should have the ability to motivate and inspire students and a desire to help them reach their potential.
Previous experience is not essential, but you will need to be a fluent speaker of Spanish or be suitably qualified, having completed a foreign language course or degree in Spanish.
