Attendance Administration Assistant

Salary: Point 4 (£18,933 pro rata – actual figure £6,329 per annum)

Contract Type: Part time 16 hours per week (to ensure cover between the hours of 8am – 11am), term time only

Contract Term: Temporary until 16th July 2021

Contract Start: As soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Administration Assistant who will work alongside the well-established attendance team.  The successful candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, committed to providing excellent customer care and have a professional and polite telephone manner. Applicants should have experience of call handling in a busy environment together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
